Job Description

Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) with an MBA qualification, excellent English communication skills, and strong expertise in both B2B and B2C business development. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and developing long-term client relationships across domestic and international markets.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesB2B Business DevelopmentIdentify and develop new B2B clients, dealers, distributors, and corporate partners
  • Handle key accounts and maintain long-term relationships
  • Prepare and present business proposals, pricing, and negotiations
  • Coordinate with production, design, and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue growth
  • B2C Business DevelopmentDevelop and execute B2C sales strategies
  • Coordinate with digital marketing, e-commerce, and retail teams
  • Support customer acquisition, retention, and brand visibility
  • Analyze consumer behavior and market trends to increase conversions
  • Strategy & Market ExpansionConduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Identify new markets, channels, and growth opportunities
  • Develop annual and monthly sales plans and forecasts
  • Support brand building and positioning initiatives
  • Reporting & CoordinationPrepare sales MIS reports, pipeline tracking, and performance analysis
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and delivery
  • Represent the company in exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings
  • Eligibility CriteriaMBA (Marketing / Sales / Business Development preferred)
  • Minimum 3–6 years of experience in Business Development
  • Proven track record in B2B and B2C sales
  • Experience in manufacturing, jewellery, textile, or lifestyle industry preferred
  • Key Skills & CompetenciesExcellent spoken and written English (mandatory)
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Strategic thinking and market expansion ability
  • Client relationship management
  • Target-oriented and result-driven mindset
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and reporting systems
