Role Overview

We are looking out for a young tech savvy professional with high energy levels to work

directly with the founder of our start up firm to contribute to the development of the

marketing, business development and sales functions in a blended role.

You will be responsible for creating and conducting targeted marketing campaigns in

different geographies and industries, building client relations through focused

interactions and engagements and acquiring business deal wins for the organization, and

subsequently own the client account through the implementation cycle ensuring a timely

and a high quality of delivery that generates perceptible customer satisfaction.

The outcome of your efforts would be the recognition of the capabilities of the

organization in architecting and executing application development, maintenance and

modernization programs for its SME and enterprise customers and the subsequent

development of a brand identity that draws new customers to itself while also retaining

its existing customers.

Your success would be measured in the depth and the quality of the sales funnel that you

will build through your activities and efforts and in meeting the sales targets for the

organization that are assigned to you on a periodic basis.

The ideal candidate doesn't just work hard—they work smart by integrating AI toolsets

into their daily workflow to automate routine tasks and provide deep analytical insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Marketing: Design and execute optimized marketing strategies targeting specific

industry verticals in identified geographies to build a verifiable list of prospects

interested in exploring the fitment of the IT application services offered by the

organization with their specific business needs; Develop marketing material for

general use and also account based use in highly customized contexts to highlight

the value creation in a business relationship between the prospect and your own

organization

• Business Development: Initiate and build conversations with prospect accounts

to position the services offered by your organization for driving digital

transformation programs through their different business functions leading to


improved efficiencies across their operations; Identify and develop relations with

key decision makers and influencers within the client ecosystem to leverage

internal power structures in favourable positioning of your organization

• Sales: Own and drive the complete sales cycle through the sales funnel from

generation of qualified leads to the successful closure of pursuit leading to

business deal wins for your organization; Prepare high quality sales literature in

line with IT industry standards to position and leverage the quality of service

delivered by your organization to win customer business

• CRM and Sales Operations: Maintain CRM health by recording customer

interaction with discipline and precision at all times; Ensure preparation of correct

and professional documentation of all records and artifacts across all the touch

points of the sales cycle

Experience & Skills

• Experience: Prior experience of up to 2 years in similar all-round roles in IT

application services to ensure familiarity with the requirements so that you can hit

the ground running

• Prior Exposure to B2B Engagements: Familiarity with enterprise sales from

participation in at least two complete sales cycles in previous organizations

• Communications Excellence: Excellent written and verbal communications

skills with experience in B2B correspondence to be able to effectively

communicate value proposition of your organization and also comprehend the

requirements of the client organization with precision

• AI Proficiency: Utilization of AI tools seamlessly across for productivity

enhancement with the intelligent and thoughtful deployment of prompts that

reflect the specific purpose of the need for driving appropriate customization and

personalization of output

• Priority Management: You must be able to adapt to the requirements of the role

and organization and thrive in a high pressure and fast paced environment where

priorities can change rapidly to ensure efficiency in meeting customer demands
