Job Description

Education; MBA from good institute ,with fluent English and Gujrati. Preferably from business family.

Graduation with more than 60 percent marks in BBA, BCA, or Science or B.COM.

Experience: 1 to 4 years.

Incentive do not have any limit .

The growth manager is oriented towards making growth strategies to help the company to get into new segments and monitor the growth, challenges , customer experience as key input for the co.

The role involves to get new value propositions for growing market penetration and new segments to grow a business. 

Key Responsibilities:

•          Strategy & Planning: Define growth goals, set KPIs, and create a strategic growth roadmap.

•          Data Analysis: Analyze user data, market trends, and performance metrics to find opportunities.

•          Campaign Management: Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels.

•          Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to implement features and strategies.

•          Funnel Optimization: Focus on improving each stage of the customer journey (Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral, Revenue).

Typical Focus Areas:

           Developing channels of business, get onboard partners in business.

            Trying to bulk sell the product in various associations and forums.

            Make upsell and renewal customer engagement as per market value

•          Activation: Getting users to experience core value quickly.

•          Retention: Keeping users engaged long-term.

•          Monetization: Increasing revenue (upselling, LTV).

In essence, a Growth Manager acts as a bridge between Product and Marketing, using a scientific, experimental approach to find and scale ways for business growth.
