Business Operation Consultant

We’re looking for a high-impact Business Operations Consultant to work closely with us at Insta Advertising (Surat, on-site) for a focused 3-month transformation project.

This is not a typical consulting role we’re not looking for just strategy decks. We need someone who can get on-ground, understand real operations, and implement systems that actually work.

The objective is simple but critical:

👉 Reduce founder dependency

👉 Build strong execution systems

👉 Create a structured, accountable team environment

In this role, you will:

• Deep into our current operations and identify bottlenecks

• Design a clear organizational structure for (Executives , Ops Team , Sales Team)

• Build and implement practical SOPs across operations, sales, and client servicing

• Set up tracking systems, KPIs, and review mechanisms

• Work directly with the team to ensure real execution (not just documentation)

• Support hiring for key roles

🔴 Important: This is a strictly 3-month, on-site project in Surat.

This is not a full-time or long-term role.

We’re specifically looking for someone who:

• Has experience in operations setup / business systemization

• Can execute, not just advise

• Is comfortable working closely with founders and teams on-ground
