Job Summary

The Captain is responsible for supervising the service team, ensuring smooth floor operations, and delivering a high-quality guest experience. This role acts as a bridge between the service staff and management, ensuring service standards are consistently maintained.

• Supervise and manage daily floor operations efficiently.
• Lead and guide stewards to ensure excellent customer service.
• Greet and interact with guests, ensuring satisfaction and resolving concerns.
• Ensure timely and accurate order taking and service.
• Coordinate with kitchen and barista team for smooth service flow.
• Monitor table setup, cleanliness, and overall outlet presentation.
• Train new staff on service standards, SOPs, and grooming.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate when required.
• Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and company policies.
• Assist in inventory coordination and daily operational checks.
• Support the Outlet Manager in achieving service and sales targets.
• Manage shift duties including opening and closing procedures.
