Job Description
Handle customer billing for vehicle sales, service, spare parts, and accessories
Receive payments via cash, cheque, card, UPI, and online modes
Issue receipts and invoices accurately and promptly
Maintain daily cash book and ensure proper cash handling
Perform cash reconciliation at the end of each shift/day
Coordinate with accounts department for posting and verification
Manage advance payments, refunds, and adjustments
Ensure compliance with GST billing requirements
Maintain records of credit customers and pending payments
Support audits by providing required documents and reports
Handle customer queries related to billing and payments
