Job Description

  • Install and configure CCTV systems, access control, fire alarms, and gate automation systems.
  • Perform routine service and preventive maintenance of installed systems.
  • Attend to and resolve daily customer complaints and service issues.
  • Complete full installations from wiring to final system setup.
  • Test and ensure all systems are functional and meet safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate service and installation records.
  • Provide technical support and training to customers when required.
  • Coordinate with the backend team for reporting and documentation.
