Channel Sales Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Channel Sales Manager to expand our distribution network and drive sales of CCTV cables and networking products. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in channel sales, distributor management, and the CCTV/networking industry.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a strong channel partner network (distributors, dealers, system integrators).
• Drive sales growth for CCTV cables and networking products.
• Identify new business opportunities and onboard new partners.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing channel partners.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct product training and support partners with technical knowledge.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
• Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, marketing, accounts) for smooth operations.
• Ensure timely collection of payments from partners.
• 1–7 years of experience in channel sales (CCTV / cables / networking products).
• Strong network of distributors and dealers in the relevant industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Target-driven with a proven sales track record.
• Ability to travel frequently for business development.
