Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Supervise and monitor all on-site civil construction activities.
- Execute work as per approved drawings, specifications, and BOQ.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site supervisors.
- Plan daily work activities and ensure timely completion.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards at site.
- Check material quality and quantity as per requirements.
- Maintain site records such as daily progress reports, measurements, and material consumption.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and project managers.
- Handle site-related technical issues and provide solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
- Requirements & Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in site execution (residential/commercial/industrial projects).
- Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing, and basic MEP coordination.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
- Good knowledge of construction materials and methods.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel preferred.
- Strong communication and team coordination skills.
