Civil Site Supervisor (Building & Finishing Works)

Job Summary:
Supervise day-to-day civil and finishing activities at site ensuring timely completion with required quality and safety. Responsible for managing workforce, monitoring work fronts, ensuring correct workmanship, and supporting engineers in documentation and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Site Supervision

• Oversee daily construction and finishing works (blockwork, plastering, tiling, carpentry, painting, ceiling, waterproofing etc.).
• Ensure work is executed as per instructions, drawings, and specifications.
• Maintain discipline and productivity of manpower at site.

Quality & Inspection

• Monitor workmanship quality and assist QC team in inspections.
• Maintain checklists and submit daily quality observations.
• Prevent rework by ensuring proper execution at first instance.

Safety Monitoring

• Ensure all workforce follow PPE and safety guidelines.
• Report hazards and support safety team in toolbox talks and site audits.

Progress Reporting

• Record daily labour, materials usage, and work progress.
• Support the engineer in preparing DPR and maintaining site logs.

Coordination

• Coordinate with subcontractors for achieving day-to-day targets.
• Communicate material shortages, work front issues and constraints.
