Job Overview:

We are looking for proactive and confident Client Follow-Up Executives to join our growing team.

Your role will focus on staying connected with clients -sharing new product photos, following up for orders, and coordinating with our dispatch team to ensure every order runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Regularly follow up with existing and potential clients.

• Send product photos, videos, and design details through WhatsApp or other channels.

• Take customer orders and pass them accurately to the dispatch and accounts teams.

• Maintain client communication records and feedback.

• Build and strengthen long-term client relationships.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and follow-up skills.

• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel, and handling product photos.

• Consistent, responsible, and organized in work approach.

• Experience in textiles or sales support preferred, but not mandatory.

• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
