Client Support & Operations Executive (Wellness)

Key Responsibilities:

Client Communication

• Handle all incoming inquiries from WhatsApp & Instagram
• Reply to messages in a professional and timely manner
• Convert inquiries into potential clients (lead handling)

Lead Management

• Call or follow up with new leads
• Understand their goals and explain our programs
• Maintain proper lead tracking system

Records & Data Management

• Maintain and update client records in Google Sheets/Excel
• Track client progress, payments, and follow-ups
• Ensure data is accurate and well-organized

Operations Support

• Coordinate with the coach/team for smooth client onboarding
• Assist in daily backend work and task management
• Maintain proper documentation and workflow
• RequirementsGood communication skills (Gujarati, Hindi, basic English)
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, Instagram, Google Sheets/Excel
• Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible
• Basic understanding of sales or client handling
• Ability to handle multiple conversations efficiently
• Preferred (Bonus)Experience in customer support / telecalling / sales
• Interest in health & wellness industry
