Client Relationship Executive

We are looking for a Client Relationship Executive to handle client communication and provide support for our software products. The role involves understanding client requirements, guiding them step-by-step, and ensuring smooth post-sales support.

This is an office-based role. Training will be provided for our software and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle client calls and messages professionally
• Understand client requirements and explain solutions clearly
• Assist clients with software setup and basic troubleshooting
• Follow up with clients for updates and issue resolution
• Coordinate with the internal technical team when required
• Maintain basic records of client interactions
• Ensure client satisfaction through clear and calm communication

Skills Preferred:

• Good verbal communication skills (Hindi, Gujarati, English basic)
• Ability to listen patiently and explain things step-by-step
• Basic computer operation knowledge
• Willingness to learn new software and processes
• Comfortable handling client calls and follow-ups
• Calm and professional attitude

This is not a sales target or telecalling job.

Training will be provided for the role.
