CNC Lathe Operator

Key responsibilities:

Operate and set up CNC Turning machines as per job requirements.

Read and understand engineering drawings, job cards, and machining instructions.

Select appropriate tools, inserts, and cutting parameters.

Perform job setup, offset adjustments, tool changes, and inspection during operations.

Monitor machining operations to maintain quality and dimensions.

Measure components using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, and other measuring tools.

Maintain machine cleanliness, basic preventive maintenance, and daily checklists.

Coordinate with production and quality team for smooth workflow.

Follow safety, housekeeping, and ISO/quality procedures.
