Job Description
Position: Commis Chef
Location: [The Chai Cartel ( Surat ) ]
- Key Responsibilities
- Daily kitchen operations handle karna aur Head Chef ke directions ko implement karna.
- Food preparation, cooking aur presentation ko brand standards ke according maintain karna.
- Ingredients ka proper storage, portion control aur wastage minimize karna.
- Kitchen ke hygiene aur safety standards ko follow karna.
- Commis 2 aur kitchen helpers ko guide karna.
- New menu items ke trials aur execution mein support karna.
- Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years ka professional cooking experience (preferably in QSR / café / restaurant).
- Continental / Indian / Café-style cuisine ka knowledge.
- Speed aur quality dono maintain karne ki ability.
- Strong team player with leadership qualities.
- Basic knowledge of food safety & hygiene.
