Job Description: Computer / Laptop Support TechnicianKey Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve computer and laptop hardware & software issues.
- Set up, configure, and troubleshoot LAN / network connections for new computers.
- Install, configure, and resolve issues related to operating systems (Windows/Linux, as applicable).
- Diagnose system errors and perform root-cause analysis.
- Provide on-site or remote technical support as required.
- Ensure proper system performance, security, and regular updates.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, OS, and networking basics.
- Experience in LAN setup and network troubleshooting.
- Ability to handle OS installation, upgrades, and error resolution.
- Basic understanding of antivirus and system security.
