Roles and Responsibility :

• Perform daily data entry related to production, inventory, dispatch, purchase, and sales.

• Maintain and update records in ERP / MIS / Tally / Excel systems.

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.

• Handle billing, invoicing, challans, and GRN entries.

• Maintain stock records, inward–outward entries, and material tracking.

• Coordinate with production, store, dispatch, and accounts teams.

• Ensure data accuracy and maintain proper documentation.

• Manage emails, printing, scanning, and filing of important documents.

• Support audits and compliance-related data requirements.

• Follow company SOPs and ensure confidentiality of data.
