Construction / Site Supervisor

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Construction Supervisor to oversee daily site operations, ensure work quality, and coordinate with workers, contractors, and management. The role requires strong leadership, hands-on technical knowledge, and the ability to manage timelines and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise construction activities on-site and ensure work is executed as per plan
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, vendors, and labour teams
• Monitor daily progress and report updates to project managers
• Ensure safety rules and quality standards are followed
• Check materials, tools, and equipment availability on site
• Resolve on-site issues and ensure smooth workflow
• Maintain daily site records, attendance, and work logs
• Assist in preparing project schedules and resource planning

Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred)
• 0-3 years of experience in construction site supervision
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials & safety norms
• Good communication and team-handling abilities
• Ability to read drawings and execute work accordingly
