Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and driven Content Creator & Social Media Marketing Executive to develop engaging content and manage our social media presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling content, increasing brand awareness, growing online audiences, and supporting digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging social media content, including posts, reels, videos, graphics, and stories.
• Plan and manage content calendars for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter.
• Write high-quality captions, blogs, and promotional content aligned with brand voice.
• Monitor social media trends and create viral or trending content.
• Manage daily social media posting and community engagement (comments, messages, etc.).
• Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and optimize strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support digital marketing campaigns.
• Design basic visual content using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
• Track competitors and industry trends to improve content strategy.

Required Skills

• Strong content writing and storytelling skills.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and algorithms.
• Experience with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe tools, CapCut, etc.).
• Ability to create short-form video content (Reels/Shorts).
• Basic knowledge of analytics tools (Instagram Insights, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Creative thinking and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Media, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in content creation or social media marketing.
• Experience managing brand social media accounts.
