Key Responsibilities

Content Creation:

• Develop and produce engaging, innovative reels and video content specifically designed for Well Academy's social media platforms, which have a growing audience of over 1M+ followers.
• Ensure content aligns with the brand's voice and effectively communicates key messages to the target audience.

On-Camera Presence:

• Confidently appear on camera as a presenter, creatively delivering ideas and capturing the audience’s interest.
• Exhibit strong communication skills and a professional demeanor while representing Well Academy.

Trend Research:

• Continuously monitor and analyze the latest social media trends, viral content, and evolving reel formats.
• Incorporate these trends into content strategies to ensure posts remain fresh, relevant, and engaging.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the social media and creative teams to ensure content aligns with branding goals, campaign objectives, and audience preferences.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas for innovative content and strategies.

Additional Responsibilities:
