Job Title: Counsellor Cum Sales Manager

Working Time: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 (Based on Experience)

Location: Surat,Katargam

Job Role:

Counsel walk-in and inquiry clients about fitness programs

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable plans

Convert leads into successful admissions

Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets

Handle follow-ups, calls, and client coordination

Maintain client records and sales reports

Support branch growth and business development

Coordinate with trainers and operations team

Job Skills Required:

Strong communication and convincing ability

Sales-oriented mindset with target-driven approach

Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills

Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, WhatsApp, Email)

Confidence in presentations and discussions

Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

Team coordination and leadership qualities
