Sales Counter Executive — Sambhav Studio, Surat, Gujarat

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join Sambhav Studio as Sales Counter Executives. You will be the face of our brand — engaging walk-in customers at our retail showroom and coordinating with wholesale dealers and B2B buyers. You will play a key role in driving revenue, building lasting customer relationships, and representing our saree and textile collections with pride and knowledge.

Salary

Fresher (0–1 year experience): ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Incentives Mid-level (2–5 years experience): ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Incentives Final salary based on experience, interview performance, and skill assessment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and present suitable saree and fabric collections
• Handle billing, invoicing, and order processing for both retail and wholesale transactions
• Coordinate with B2B buyers, dealers, and distributors for bulk enquiries and repeat orders
• Maintain and update customer records, order logs, and sales reports in the ERP system
• Actively follow up on pending orders, payment collections, and customer feedback
• Keep the counter area organised, product displays neat, and stock accurately recorded
• Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch team to ensure timely order fulfilment
• Achieve individual and team monthly sales targets

Requirements

• Minimum 10+2 (HSC) pass; graduation preferred
• 0–1 year (Fresher) or 2–5 years (Mid-level) experience in sales or retail
• Strong communication in Hindi & Gujarati; basic English is a plus
• Basic computer skills — MS Excel, billing software, or ERP
• Honest, punctual, and customer-first attitude
• Interest in textiles, sarees, or fashion is a strong advantage
