Job Description
- 1. Client Relationship ManagementAct as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with 300+ business clients.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Handle client feedback and escalate issues when required.
- 2. Client Onboarding & TrainingAssist new clients with software onboarding and account setup.
- Provide basic product training on accounting, inventory, GST, orders, and ERP features.
- Guide clients on best practices for using Simple Hisaab software.
- Coordinate with the technical team for advanced implementation support.
- 3. Customer Support & Query ResolutionHandle incoming calls, emails, WhatsApp, and tickets from clients.
- Resolve day-to-day issues related to:
- Accounting entries
- GST reports
- Inventory & stock management
- Orders, invoices, and production workflows
- Ensure timely resolution and proper follow-ups.
- 4. CRM Data ManagementMaintain and update client records in the CRM system.
- Track customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.
- Prepare daily/weekly CRM activity reports.
- Ensure accuracy of client data and communication logs.
- 5. Renewals, Follow-ups & RetentionManage subscription renewals and payment follow-ups.
- Proactively reach out to clients for renewal reminders.
- Identify churn risks and take corrective actions.
- Upsell or cross-sell relevant software modules when appropriate.
