Job Description

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused individual for the role of New Customer Handling Executive. This is a hybrid role involving telecalling and field interaction, where the candidate will be responsible for handling new customer inquiries, resolving queries, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati, and capable of dealing with diverse customer profiles with confidence and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls to address inquiries and provide accurate information.
  • Respond to new customer queries related to products/services, pricing, and processes.
  • Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into active clients.
  • Visit customers (if required) for on-ground support, onboarding, or issue resolution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new customers.
  • Provide end-to-end support from initial inquiry to final onboarding.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and update CRM systems regularly.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, support) for quick resolution of customer concerns.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely closure.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and positive experience.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
  • Strong confidence and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle diverse customer profiles with patience and professionalism
  • Good convincing and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask between calls and field activities
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
  • Customer-centric mindset with a positive attitude
