Department Currency Chest and Logistics Location Infiniti, Corporate Office. Number of Positions 1 Reporting Relationship Product Manager –CC & Cash Logistics , Home banking    Position Grade M3

 

 

1. Product Management of the Home Banking and Currency Chest Business: Product 

 

1. Data extraction, MIS preparation and liasoning with Channel for data requirement/feedback/implementation items.
2. Tracking regulatory action items and ensure custody /maintenance of such data.
3. Presentation to internal and external stake holders
4. Qualitative data analysis to assist management take decisions: Ensuring positive financial impact on the channel through our product structure and offering
5. Product Management of Home Banking and Currency Chest Business: Product improvement to enhance customer experience, SQ and profitability
6. Market/ Competition mapping and analysis of the product
7. Vendor Management and negotiation: Vendor identification, negotiations and onboarding for HB and CIT activities
8. Monthly collation and reporting of FICN and RBI reporting for PAN India branches
9. Managing all FNVC activities basis regulatory requirements 

 

 

1. Presentation Skills, Sound knowledge of MS office (Excel, Word, PPT)
2. Analytical abilities to draw conclusion from the presented data
3. People skills- applicable in vendor negotiation, channel support and team management.
4. Negotiation skills and Operational efficacy
5. Time Management and Multi-tasking ability
