Customer Care Associate

We are seeking enthusiastic Sales Associates to join our team. As a Customer Care Associate, you will provide exceptional customer service, assist customers with product selection, and contribute to achieving sales goals. You will play a key role in promoting brand loyalty and ensuring an excellent in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities:

               •            Greet and engage customers, offering assistance with product selection.

               •            Maintain up-to-date knowledge of brand products, promotions, and trends.

               •            Provide personalized styling advice and recommendations.

               •            Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.

               •            Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.

               •            Assist with stock replenishment, inventory management, and merchandising.

               •            Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.

Qualifications:

               •            Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

               •            Passion for fashion and knowledge of current apparel trends.

               •            Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

               •            Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
