Job Role:
Handle customer inquiries coming from Facebook/Instagram Ads for our Customized Photo Frame Business.
Job Responsibilities:
• WhatsApp & Instagram par aane wali customer inquiries ka proper reply dena
• Product details, pricing & customization process English me explain karna
• Interested customers ka regular follow-up lena
• Customer ko guide karke order finalize karna
• Basic coordination for order confirmation
Requirements:
• Good English communication (written mandatory)
• WhatsApp & Instagram handle karna aana chahiye
• Follow-up aur convincing skills
• Honest, responsible & target-oriented mindset
• Freshers can apply (experience preferred)
