Permanent UK Shift | 1:00 PM to 10:30 PM / 1:30 PM to 11:00 PM IST

Patron Management Services provides a suite of essential, outsourced business support services designed to streamline operations and maximise customer satisfaction for our international clients. We specialise in managing the critical aspects of the customer lifecycle, including Sales Support, After-Sales Service, and Returns Management. Our Surat office in Piplod is the heart of these high-quality, professional services, and we are looking for dedicated individuals to uphold our standard of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Executive handling the UK process, your role is crucial in managing the client's customer lifecycle:

  • Sales & Service Support: Professionally handle inbound/outbound interactions, focusing on initial inquiries, order processing, and providing consultative product information.
  • Post-Purchase Care: Manage customer onboarding, troubleshoot issues, and provide detailed product-use guidance to increase customer loyalty.
  • Returns Management: Efficiently manage the returns process, including processing Return Merchandise Authorisations (RMAs), coordinating logistics, and ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Documentation: Accurately update customer records and interaction details using CRM software and MS Office tools.
  • Mandatory Requirements & Skills
  • Communication Skills: Must possess excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) to handle international clientele effectively.
  • Shift Comfort: Must be comfortable and reliable working in a UK Shift timing 1:00 PM to 10:30 PM / 1:30 PM to 11:00 PM IST
  • Technical Proficiency: A good working hand on MS Word & MS Excel is mandatory for documentation and reporting.
  • Soft Skills: Must be a Team Player and a Quick Learner due to the technical and dynamic nature of the service support.
  • Education: Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience: 1 - 2 Years
