We are hiring a Backend Leasing Operations Executive to manage and support leasing operations for properties located in Texas, USA. The role involves backend coordination, documentation, data handling, and communication with US-based teams. This is a critical operations role requiring strong English communication and the ability to work independently during US business hours.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage backend leasing operations for US properties
• Maintain and update lease records, tenant data, and documentation
• Coordinate with US leasing agents, property managers, and internal teams
• Handle follow-ups, renewals, and operational support tasks
• Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of leasing processes
• Support day-to-day operational requirements related to tenant management
• Required Skills & QualificationsFluent English communication (spoken & written) – mandatory
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Comfortable working in US time zones
• Ability to handle operational tasks independently
• Basic knowledge of real estate or leasing operations preferred
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and basic documentation tools
• Preferred (Not Mandatory)Spanish language proficiency
• Prior experience in US real estate, leasing, or property management support
