Customer Care Executive

Customer Inquiries & Issue Resolution:

·        Respond to customer inquiries via various channels through (Bik chat , telephone ) (phone, email, chat, social media).

·        Address customer complaints or concerns and provide appropriate solutions.

·        Troubleshoot and resolve product or service issues, offering clear, step-by-step guidance.

Product Knowledge:

·        Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the company’s products, services, and procedures.

·        Educate customers about product features, benefits, and use.

Documentation:

·        Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and feedback, using CRM tools.

·        Generate reports for management on customer feedback, complaints, and service performance.

Customer Relationship Management:

·        Build strong, positive relationships with customers, ensuring they feel valued.

·        Provide exceptional service to improve customer retention and loyalty.

 Problem-Solving:

·        Offer solutions to customer problems with a focus on delivering positive experiences.

·        Identify recurring issues and work with management to implement process improvements.

Team Collaboration:

·        Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge and improve service standards.

·        Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.
