Customer Care Manager

Job Description:

We are hiring a Female Customer Care Executive who has fluent English speaking skills and can handle customer communication professionally.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls and messages
• Solve customer queries in a polite and professional manner
• Provide product/service information to customers
• Follow up with customers when required
• Maintain good communication and customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with team members for customer support

Requirements:

• Female candidate only
• Fluent in English (Speaking is mandatory)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Customer handling experience is a plus
• Positive attitude and professional behavior

Qualification:

• Minimum 12th Pass

Experience:

• Fresher / Experienced both can apply

Shift Timing:

• 9 Am to 7 Pm
