Customer Relations Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and well-spoken Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to join our Nanavati Group, Renualt dealership. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring they have a smooth experience from the showroom to the service center.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction: Handling walk-in customers and answering telephonic inquiries regarding new car models or service bookings.

Feedback Management: Conducting Post-Service Feedback (PSF) calls to ensure customers are happy with their vehicle’s performance.

Lead Generation: Following up with potential buyers to schedule test drives and showroom visits.

Database Management: Maintaining accurate records in the CRM software (Dealer Management System).

Complaint Handling: Resolving customer grievances quickly by coordinating with the Sales or Service Managers.

Requirements:

Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates preferred).

Skills: Good communication skills in Hindi/English/Gujarati.

Attributes: Polite, patient, and a "customer-first" attitude.

Technical: Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computers.
