Customer Relations Executive

Job Responsibilities:

1. Capture and update all customer enquiries from walk-ins, Instagram, WhatsApp, and referrals.
2. Ensure timely follow-ups (every 24–48 hours) and maintain accurate lead status.
3. Build and maintain customer profiles including purchase history and preferences.
4. Strengthen relationships with VIP clients to increase repeat business.
5. Make regular engagement calls for new collections, services, and follow-ups.
6. Track after-sales jobs (repair, polishing, resizing, custom orders) and update customers.
7. Manage CRM software daily — update leads, tasks, and maintain clean data in Zoho CRM / HubSpot CRM.
8. Run WhatsApp broadcasts, festival greetings, and promotional campaigns.
9. Collect customer reviews and coordinate appointments/wishlists with sales staff.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Basic knowledge of sales techniques.

Ability to handle customer queries effectively.

Strong, convincing, and presentation skills.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).

Ability to work in a team and achieve targets.

Graduate in any field (Business/Marketing preferred).

Experience:

2–3 years of experience in Customer Support and client relationship managment
