Job Description

Job Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented CRM Executive to manage customer data, support sales processes, and improve customer engagement through effective CRM system usage. The role focuses on maintaining accurate records, tracking leads, and ensuring smooth coordination between sales, marketing, and support teams.

  • Key Responsibilities:Manage and update customer data in the CRM system
  • Track leads, follow-ups, and sales pipeline activities
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for lead management
  • Ensure data accuracy, hygiene, and regular CRM audits
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports
  • Monitor customer interactions and improve engagement processes
  • Support automation of workflows, reminders, and follow-ups
  • Handle CRM user access, basic troubleshooting, and training
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and company policies
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Strong data management and reporting skills
  • Good communication and coordination abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
  • Attention to detail and process-oriented mindset
  • Preferred Skills:Experience in sales operations or customer lifecycle management
  • Knowledge of automation tools and integrations
  • Understanding of customer journey mapping
