Job Description

We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager cum Customer Relations Manager to join our team at Shivanaa Homes. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for driving business growth, building strong customer relationships, and overseeing overall customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities:


- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, revenue, and market share

- Identify new business opportunities, including corporate clients, interior designers, and architects

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and stakeholders

- Manage customer complaints and feedback, ensuring prompt resolution and high satisfaction

- Oversee customer service standards and ensure excellent customer experience

- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and business objectives

- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform business decisions

- Develop and manage promotional activities, events, and marketing campaigns

- Manage a team of sales and customer service staff, providing guidance and support


Requirements:


- 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or customer relations, preferably in home furnishings or a related industry

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Customer-centric approach and passion for delivering excellent customer service
