Customer Relationship Manager

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Customer Relationship Officer to bridge the gap between our production unit and our clients. You will manage the order lifecycle, ensure high-quality service delivery, and maintain long-term client loyalty. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Coordination: Manage order follow-ups from sampling to final dispatch, ensuring timelines are met.
• Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries, order status updates, and payment follow-ups.
• Issue Resolution: Promptly resolve customer complaints regarding fabric quality, dyeing shades, or delivery delays.
• Internal Liaison: Coordinate with the Dyeing Supervisor and Production team to align manufacturing with customer specifications.
• Relationship Management: Build rapport with high-value clients (garment manufacturers/retailers) to drive repeat business.
• CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer preferences, order history, and feedback in Excel or CRM systems. Indeed +8

Requirements:

• Skills: Exceptional communication in Hindi, Gujarati, and English.
• Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of textile processes (dyeing, finishing, fabric types like Viscose) is a major plus.
• Attributes: Problem-solving mindset, extroverted personality, and strong negotiation skills.
