Job Description
Position Type: Full-Time Day Shift Time - 11:30 am to 9:30 pm.
Work Location: Office-based
Age : Upto 38
Fluent English Proficiency Required
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Interaction (Voice & Chat): Manage guest check-ins and check-outs through voice calls and chat platforms with a friendly, professional, and personalized approach.
Customer Support: Promptly handle guest inquiries via calls and chat, resolve issues efficiently, and provide clear, accurate information regarding services, amenities, and local attractions.
Team Coordination: Collaborate closely with rental and operations teams to ensure smooth communication and a seamless guest experience across all channels.
Issue Resolution: Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills by remaining calm, empathetic, and solution-oriented while addressing guest concerns in real time.
