- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs through voice calls and chat platforms with a friendly, professional, and personalized approach.
Customer Support:
- Promptly handle guest inquiries via calls and chat.
- Resolve issues efficiently and provide clear, accurate information regarding services, amenities, and local attractions.
Team Coordination:
- Collaborate closely with rental and operations teams to ensure smooth communication and a seamless guest experience across all channels.
Issue Resolution:
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills by remaining calm, empathetic, and solution-oriented while addressing guest concerns in real time.
- Skills & Requirements:Fluent spoken & written English (Mandatory)
- Good typing speed with accuracy (Mandatory)
- Strong working knowledge of Google Sheets & MS Excel (Mandatory)
- Professional email drafting & guest communication
- Problem-solving & guest satisfaction handling
- Team coordination & relationship building
- Reservation system handling & billing support
- Daily task planning & reporting
- Cross-selling & guest engagement
- Mentoring trainee staff
