About HelloHelp:

HelloHelp is a fast-growing platform connecting customers with trusted home helpers and service providers. We’ve started our operations in Surat and are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to be the voice of HelloHelp for our customers. Our customers are premium, and you must be able to deliver a premium service experience with every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend incoming customer calls and respond to queries in a polite and professional manner.
• Make service bookings and appointments using our HelloHelp application.
• Coordinate with the Operations Head to ensure helpers are assigned and reach the customer on time.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and collect feedback after services.
• Encourage customers to share their experiences and reviews online.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, bookings, and feedback.
• Assist in resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Extroverted and confident communicator who enjoys talking to people.
• Proficient in computer usage and comfortable with using mobile and web applications.
• Knowledge of Google Maps and basic navigation.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Prior experience in customer service, telecalling, or operations coordination will be an advantage.
• Must be based in Surat and able to work from the office.

8:30 AM – 7:00 PM (6 days a week)

Note: Sunday will be an important working day. You can choose to take your weekly off on Tuesday or Wednesday instead.
