Roles & responsibilities: Learn app updates and guide customers. Phone / online Support + On site support ( whenever required ) Step-by-step instructions/guidance to New customers. Understand nature of client issues and resolve them in timely and effectively. Collobrate with teams for problem solving. Offer genraic guidance to client for simple tech queries on internet or computer fixes. Offer best practice guideline to customer for optimises use of apps-erp. Maintain accurate records and reporting of daily communications. Report bugs Products - Software Sales for Cloud ERP based Apps. Qualification: Any Graduate Fresher can also apply. Strong verbal and written communication skill in Hindi/English.
