Job Description
Roles & responsibilities:
- Learn app updates and guide customers.
- Phone / online Support + On site support ( whenever required )
- Step-by-step instructions/guidance to New customers.
- Understand nature of client issues and resolve them in timely and effectively.
- Collobrate with teams for problem solving.
- Offer genraic guidance to client for simple tech queries on internet or computer fixes.
- Offer best practice guideline to customer for optimises use of apps-erp.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting of daily communications.
- Report bugs
Preferred candidate profile:
- Products - Software Sales for Cloud ERP based Apps.
- Qualification: Any Graduate
- Fresher can also apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skill in Hindi/English.
