Job Description
- Sales & Marketing Executive: Focuses on generating leads, pitching software solutions, preparing proposals, and closing deals. Works on marketing strategies, campaigns, and presentations to attract new clients while maintaining relationships with existing ones.
- Customer Support Executive: Handles customer queries related to software products and services, provides technical and non-technical support via email, phone, and chat, and ensures timely resolution of issues. Maintains proper documentation of client queries, bugs, and feature requests, and coordinates with the development team for escalation and follow-ups. Ensures customer satisfaction through clear communication and professional handling.
- Client Relationship Manager: Responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships. Understands client needs, ensures smooth project communication, manages feedback, and works with the technical team to deliver successful software solutions.
- Social Media Manager: Manages company’s online presence across platforms. Creates and schedules posts, runs ad campaigns, engages with the community, and promotes software products/services. Tracks performance analytics and builds brand awareness.
