Position: Customer Support Executive (HR Operations)

Location: Surat

Salary: 16k to 25k+

We are looking for a dynamic and communication-friendly candidate who can handle client coordination, candidate interaction, and recruitment support. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys talking, managing people, and working in a fast-paced environment.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound & outbound calls with candidates and clients

Coordinate with clients to understand hiring requirements

Communicate with candidates regarding job opportunities

Schedule interviews and follow up regularly

Maintain proper data of candidates and client updates

Support recruitment team in closing positions

Build strong relationships with clients and candidates

🔹 Skills Required:

Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)

Confidence in handling calls

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, calling tools)

Ability to manage multiple tasks

Positive attitude & quick learner

🔹 Preferred Candidate:

Experience in Customer Support / Telecalling / HR / Recruitment

Freshers with good communication can also apply
