Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Reporting To: Customer Support Manager / Management


Job Summary

The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. The role requires strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to handle multiple interactions efficiently.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other channels.
  • Resolve customer issues related to orders, products, deliveries, and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, dispatch, accounts) for issue resolution.
  • Provide product and service information to customers.
  • Manage complaints and ensure timely closure.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Maintain professional and polite communication at all times.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication skills in Hindi and English (verbal and written).
  • Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle customer complaints with patience and professionalism.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
  • Multitasking and time management abilities.

Qualification

  • Graduate in any field preferred.

Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer support / client handling preferred.
