Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing timely solutions, and ensuring a positive customer experience across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
• Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints and determining the cause of the problem.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and they are satisfied.
• Maintain customer records and update account information as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve products, services, and customer experience.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a customer support or service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Patience and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
