Data Entry Operator

We are looking for a female data entry operator to handle daily business transaction records and basic office data management.

The candidate should have basic computer and accounting knowledge and be able to maintain accurate records of financial and business transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Enter and maintain daily sales and purchase records
2. Record receipt and payment entries
3. Maintain data related to GST and TDS
4. Verify and update business transaction records
5. Prepare and check basic reports
6. Maintain proper documentation of business records
7. Coordinate with the accounts team when required

Required Skills:

1. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
2. Good data entry and typing skills
3. Basic understanding of accounts transactions
4. Attention to detail and accuracy
5. Ability to organize and maintain records properly
