Data Entry Operator

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented female Data Entry Operator with prior experience in the jewellery industry. The candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining jewellery-related data while ensuring precision, confidentiality, and timely completion of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update jewellery product details such as weight, purity, design codes, pricing, and inventory records
• Maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, stock, and customer data
• Verify data for accuracy and correct discrepancies
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required
• Coordinate with production, sales, and inventory teams
• Maintain confidentiality of business and customer information
• Organize and manage physical and digital records

Requirements and Skills:

• Female candidates only
• Prior data entry experience in the jewellery industry is mandatory
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and jewellery software (if applicable)
• Fast and accurate typing skills
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Educational Qualification:Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• Additional computer or data entry certifications are a plus
