Data Entry Operator

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update data in MS Excel, company software, or internal databases.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, purchase, inventory, or operational data.
• Verify data for accuracy and completeness before submission.
• Organize and maintain digital files and documentation.
• Prepare basic reports and summaries as required by management.
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect and update required information.
• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of company data.
