Data Entry Operator

Job Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company systems and records. The ideal candidate should be fast, accurate, and comfortable working on computers for long hours.

• Key Responsibilities:Enter data accurately into computer systems / software
• Update and maintain records, files, and databases
• Verify data for accuracy and completeness
• Correct errors and inconsistencies in data
• Maintain confidentiality of company information
• Prepare basic reports as required
• Coordinate with team members for data clarification
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
• Basic computer knowledge
• Good typing speed with accuracy
• Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Experience:Fresher or 0–2 years experience in data entry (preferred but not mandatory)
• Working Hours:Full-time / Part-time (as applicable)
• Salary:As per company standards / experience
• Location:Office-based
