We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator (DEO) to join our client company in the insurance domain. If you have good typing skills and basic knowledge of insurance processes, this is a great opportunity to start or grow your career.

💼 Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update customer, policy, and claims data into the system

• Verify insurance documents (policy forms, KYC, claim details)

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of data

• Maintain digital records of policies, renewals, and claims

• Coordinate with underwriting and claims teams

• Process policy issuance, endorsements, and renewals

• Identify and correct data discrepancies

• Maintain confidentiality of data

• Generate reports related to policies, claims, and renewals

🎯 Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of insurance processes (policies, claims, underwriting)

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and data entry tools

• Good typing speed with high accuracy

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to handle bulk data and meet deadlines

• Good communication skills

🎓 Preferred Qualification:

• Graduate in any stream

• Experience in insurance / BFSI sector (preferred, not mandatory)

• Familiarity with insurance software or CRM tools
