Data Entry & Payment Follow-up Executive
Role Summary:
Responsible for entering invoice/payment data and following up with customers for outstanding payments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter invoices, receipts, and customer data.
- Maintain accurate records and ledgers
- Call customers for payment follow-ups
- Send reminders via call/WhatsApp/email
- Update daily payment status and reports
