Data Entry Specialist

• Enter and update data accurately in company systems
• Maintain records, files, and databases
• Perform basic accounting tasks such as:
• Invoice entry
• Expense recording
• Data reconciliation
• Assist in preparing simple reports and summaries
• Verify data for accuracy and completeness
• Support the accounts and admin team as required
• Eligibility / Criteria:Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles is preferred
• Familiarity with MS Excel, Word, and basic computer operations
• Good typing speed with attention to detail
• Ability to manage time and meet deadlines
• Skills Required:Strong numerical and data accuracy skills
• Basic accounting knowledge
• Organizational and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt
• Work Schedule:Working Hours: 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
